Saturday we went to the beach and just walked around. The weather was great and so was the scenery.
Kirk did some cooking for us while he was here and it was awesome! Fish tacos on Saturday night (complete with homemade guacamole and salsa) and fried chicken on Sunday. The guys were supposed to do some work in our upstairs bathroom but because of a cracked sink (the new one) they couldn't do it. I was ok with it considering it meant more cooking!
We were all excited to see Kirk, but I think Acadia might have been the most excited. She woke up on Saturday morning asking for Kirk and her face lit up when she saw him. Even today she was asking where he was.
Unfortunately Kirk got home and Jaisal was sick. He's in the hospital, but hopefully it will be a short stay and he'll be back to his old tricks soon!
