The Honeymoon

We're back from the honeymoon and it was amazing to say the least. I think we could have stayed much longer. But we had to come back to reality at some point. We took so many pictures it was impossible to post all of them. But here's a taste of what we saw in Thailand. I'm sure I'll be posting more as we get them.

Traffic in Bangkok. And this was it's slow time!

On our way to another island for snorkeling.

The water that we snorkeled in. I've never seen water so clear!

One of the beaches from snorkeling/kayaking.

One of the 2 waterfalls on the island. We tried to climb up to the top of it. Let's just say it didn't happen.

Scott and I got a private tour of the island. Here's one of the views we saw.

A lagoon we kayaked in. It was absolutely beautiful!

Some of the amazing food we ate. And this was pretty much every day. My mouth waters just looking at it!

This is the highest temple in Bangkok. I had to wear a wrap since I wasn't dressed "appropriately". The stairs were the steepest we've ever seen!

Hotel pool. We definitely spent a lot of time here.

Our first night we were the only ones at the restaurant at the hotel. Not a bad time for a private candlelit dinner.

The beach at the hotel. We were the only resort to have a private beach.

The hotel lobby. We took some new decorating ideas home after seeing it.

Another temple we saw.

Everything we saw was absolutely amazing. Scott and I would love to be able to go back one day, but even if we don't, we have some great memeories!!

Beautiful...glad you're home, and that you enjoyed your honeymoon. I'd do mine over again in a heartbeat...exactly the same way. So happy for you!

uLoved the pictures. Looked like an amazing time. I want to know why the trip to the top of the waterfall "didn't happen". So glad you had a great time.

You picked quite a spot; it doesn't get any better! Bob and I loved seeing the pictures.

Scott always has a smile on his face when he's kayaking, snorkeling and doing all of those outdoor things he loves to do; but we have to say that he has never looked happier than when he is doing them with you, Chris.
